Calluses & Corns Relief & Prevention

Calluses and corns are thick, hardened layers of skin that develop as a response to friction and pressure. While often harmless, they can become painful and may signal an underlying issue with foot structure or footwear. We provide evidence-based treatment and guidance to address the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Common Signs & Symptoms

Thick, rough areas of skin on toes, soles, or heels

Hard, raised bumps that are painful to pressure

Dry or flaky skin that cracks

Discomfort when walking or wearing shoes
